Love the chalcedony/raku type frit! I am getting into fused glass now and am especially interested in fusing pieces to incorporate into my stained glass work so I was delighted to find all the beautiful frits, the kittens and Drako, and the inspiring beads that you have here on your beautiful site! Thanks for all the eye-candy! P.S. I do plan on adding lampwork to my skills and can't wait to shop here! |

what the hell is frit?!
Hi Brandon!
Frit simply is tiny shattered or broken pieces of glass that have been sorted by particle size. Glass frit is most commonly used in lampworking, glassblowing, fusing & slumping.
