ORDER PROCESSING:
Orders are processed in the order in which they were received. I will usually get orders out within a day, but might take up to 3 days to a week to ship if orders have been heavy or it's my call week. My call weeks are marked on the "Events" calender. If there is an item that you need expedited, please just send me an email, comment, or forum PM and I'll get that package out right away!
SHIPPING:
I would like to remind you that the shipping shown on your web order is only an estimate. When setting up our shopping cart, I weighed each item and accounted for packaging. However the price estimate you received from the USPS may not always be accurate. If the shipping charges are significantly different on your package I will contact you with either a refund or an invoice for the difference. I try to keep the shipping charges low and estimate them pretty closely, but once in awhile I get one that is off base.
TRACKING:
All orders are shipped via PayPal or Stamps.com, allowing for the ability to generate a tracking number for each package and electronically track each shipment.
Refunds, Returns or Replacements:
Due to recent illegal phishing attempts and harassment from a person in Texas aimed towards artisans, refunds, returns or replacements will not be given without prior approval. Please don't hesitate to contact me if you have questions as I am willing to work with all reasonable requests.
STOCKING:
I try to keep up my stock levels on the site and mark items that are out of stock. Once in a while, however, I AM out of stock on an item due to high demand and do apologize in advance for any inconvenience. I will call or email you if an item is out of stock so that you can advise me as to the rest of your order.
